ENGINE CORE POLICY

CORE CHARGE POLICY

• All returned engine cores must be the same make and model, and variation as purchased
• Engine cores must be fully assembled with no missing components.
• All oil and fluids must be drained from the engine core prior to shipping. (EPA regulations)
• Engine core credit, less deductions, will be issued within 30 days after receiving the engine core.
• The engine must be returned to ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE in the same shipping container, which the engine was received.

• Returned engine cores must be in rebuildable condition in order to receive full core credit. Occasionally, deductions in core credit may be necessary if, upon inspection, any of the following apply:
  1. Missing Components
  2. Excessively worn, broken or unserviceable major components such as:
     • Crankshaft
     • Oil Pan
     • Block
     • Connecting Rod
     • Cylinder Head
     • Timing Cover
     • Valve Cover
     • Camshaft - If applicable
     • Oil Pump - If applicable
  3. Not in original container
     
     ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE has a strict but fair core policy. All deductions made will be brought to the customer's attention and will be based upon the cost of the repair or replacement of the missing or unserviceable components.
