Quality

All Industrial Engine Service was started by All Lift Service Company Inc., a forklift truck dealership which was established in 1972. Our mission was to end warranty problems associated with other engine rebuilders and provide the company with the highest quality remanufactured engines available.

At All Industrial Engine Service, quality pertains not only to our technical endeavors, but we strive to achieve a level of quality in every aspect of our relationship with our customers. Whether we are remanufacturing an engine, providing technical information, or selling engines and parts, our focus is on achieving the highest level of quality possible throughout the transaction.

From a purely technical aspect, quality is mandatory. It cannot merely be paid "lip service" and it cannot be faked--a remanufactured engine that does not perform to standards becomes obvious to all the parties involved. Therefore, All Industrial Engine Service implements systems to achieve and maintain quality throughout the remanufacturing process. Every component is objectively measured against original equipment specifications. If a part cannot be machined to restore acceptable factory specifications, it is replaced. Nothing is done to "feel"... nothing is left to chance. All measurements are recorded by the individual machinist, and verified by the shop manager. The machining and assembly procedures follow the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) manuals, and are supplemented by technical information provided by the Automotive Engine Rebuilder's Association (AERA). Our technicians are ASE Certified Master Engine Machinists, and have a total of 38 years in the engine-rebuilding field.

Our standard industrial engine rebuild:

The engine is completely torn down; all freeze plugs, cam plugs, bearings, and pipe plugs are removed. Components are then boiled out and cleaned thoroughly. All components are then visually checked and magnufluxed for cracks or damage. All tolerances are miked and recorded for future reference. Cylinder heads are completely reconditioned with all new components. The engine block is bored out to specifications and precision honed to size. All connecting rods are reconditioned. Crankshaft is reground to OEM specifications. The oil pump is rebuilt or replaced. Assembly of the engine begins with the inspection of all new parts. The engine is assembled with new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, and reconditioned heads. All components are torqued and re torqued to factory specifications.
