Warranty

ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE warrantees each remanufactured engine against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year or 1500 hours from the date of purchase. Oil leaks are covered for 90 days from date of purchase. If a warranty issue does arise we will repair or at our option, replace any part that fails within the warranty period. ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE must authorize any warranty claim prior to beginning work. Engine disassembly without approval from ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE will void all warrantees. We are not responsible for failures resulting from improper installation, lack of maintenance, over heating (melted or removed heat tabs), or improper use of equipment.

ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE reserves the right to bring the engine back to our facility for inspection to find the cause of the failure. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repairs of the engine that we furnished. We cannot consider any claim for downtime, rental service, or consequential damages other than specified above. We will reimburse up to 40% of customers shop labor rate of which the hours cannot exceed those of OEM flat rate manuals. In order for the warranty to be effective, ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE requires: All warranty work must be performed by our personnel or a certified technician approved by ALL INDUSTRIAL ENGINE SERVICE. All recommended maintenance must be performed, and that service records are complete and available for inspection.
